10 things I've learned from being a Bloomsburg University freshman. Whether you're a Bloomsburg freshman,or a Bloom student in general, you've learned these things; maybe even the hard way!
1. Do not wear your lanyard. Ever.

Just a few short months ago, you were on top in high school. Now you're at the bottom of the food chain. But why make yourself stand out like that? This is a key tip to looking like you know what you're doing.
2. Commons is a lot better than you think! Look at all the stations.
Home station, Around The World station, Vegetarian station...
3. Commons cookies are the best dessert you will ever try. Again, refer to #2.
*Mouth starts to water*
4. WEAR SHOWER SHOES. Who knows whose bodily fluid/hair is on the floor?
#CommunalBathrooms, am I right?
5. Talk to your advisor.
They can only help you, and chances are they know way more than you do.
6. Get Involved.
It's a great way to make friends and see them daily. There are over 100 clubs to choose from here!
7. Stay active! Your tuition covers the gym, so why not use it?
I've made so many friends going to the gym! And honestly, it's a great way to work off the haunting of the "Freshman 15".
8. You WILL get lost in McCormick.
*DON'T WORRY*
9. Sometimes there's nothing better than Late Night.
A half pound of wings with barbeque and ranch, please!
10. It will become home, and you will be so excited to come back after each break.

Strangers become friends, friends become family, and family becomes home.
