At some point in all of our lives we go through rough times and we aren't really sure where we need to go next. We often wonder what the next step is or if any one else has ever been through the same thing as you. But what I have learned, through my trials and tribulations, is that everyone has these rough times and if you look hard enough you can find the inspriration to keep going all around you; even from a Disney movie. Who knew that the movies we watch as children and grew up with could help to guide us through life?

When life gets crazy, we need to remember that we have the power to make the changes we need to in order to better our lives; all it takes is the first step in the right direction.

We all have struggles that we must face, they're a part of life, but those who manage to still support others during their hardship are the strongest of all.

As we grow up we see this big wonderful world full of so many opportunities, as we get older we tend to forget how many opportunities we have. We can do anything we set our minds to... all we have to do is take that first step.
