It's not an easy task, but someone has to do it. Whether you're meeting someone for the first time or helping pick out your friend's outfit for tonight, you're there. When someone needs the honest truth you coat it over with sass to slightly soften the blow. People may think you have an attitude problem, but maybe they have an honesty issue. The truth, while delivered sassily, nine times out of 10, is something people can always depend on.
1. Adults usually like you and refer to you as a straight shooter.
2. New people who meet you find your sassiness refreshing.

3. Your social filter is almost nonexistent.
5. Everyone takes your opinions as a joke, but you're actually completely serious.
6. But when you are kidding, people can't tell.
7. Friends of friends are sent to you for advice because you'll always tell the truth.
8. You're ultimately the judge of your friend's new boo things.

10. You usually only realize you've said too much after it's too late.
11. Sometimes you're quick to judge, but usually your gut is right.
12. You come of as really sarcastic, because you are.
13. You're not very good at hiding your true feelings.
14. You're always there to tell them what's what, may that be a pep talk or a reality check.
Not everyone can be this judgmental, but you do it because you care. You love your friends more than anything, and they love you. Although you often times come off as too blunt, people learn to accept it. They learn to accept it because, truly, the honest friend is the internal monologue you have with yourself that you're too afraid to voice. And fear not, because they do it for you. Everyone needs an honest friend in their life because they will without a doubt always keep it real. At the end of the day, they are an excellent judge of character, although it can come off as harsh sometimes. The sassy friend is like an onion, they have many layers. Underneath their sassy and honest exterior lies a heat of gold, you just have to roll with it.
