They're just that interesting.

When I first get introduced to a person and we're sharing really good vibes, I randomly ask them what their birthday is. I promise it's not because I'm weird. It's because I want to know your Zodiac sign. As soon as the sign is revealed, all confusion or questions I've been asking myself in my head have been answered. Zodiac signs tell a bunch about a person. Although some people don't believe the stars, I do.

Zodiac signs can be super confusing because there are a lot of parts that go with them such as moon signs, sun signs, cusp signs and the compatibilities. A moon sign is your inner Zodiac sign, the second most important influence on your horoscope. Your sun sign represents your personality. A cusp sign occurs when your birthday falls closely in between the split of two zodiac signs. Cusp signs are something that is super familiar to me, I am a cusp sign myself. According to the stars, I am technically a Virgo, but my personality says I'm a Leo. I feel as if I'm a Leo more than a Virgo so I claim myself as a Leo. As a girl that's super into this astronomy stuff, I believe in compatibility. When looking for relationships, I will ask your zodiac sign and check to see if we're compatible before I even waste my time.

Personally, I feel as if I've gotten good at determining zodiac signs and explaining the meanings behind each one. It definitely is one of my favorite conversation starters. If I can find a man that will talk zodiac signs with me, it's all good in my world! Zodiac signs have grown to be a passion of mine that I learned from my best friend. I hope she sees this and is proud of me.

Here is a personal run down on all the Zodiac Signs.

Aquarius

Aquarius's are the most chill people, but will pop off as necessary. Super funny, independent, and very original. Aquarius's are scared to show emotional expression. But aren't we all? I know multiple Aquarius's and they're all very close friends of mine.

Pisces

I have an ex boyfriend that's a Pisces. And I have a boy that was almost a boyfriend, that was a Pisces. These boys have altered my opinion on Pisces slightly, but I'll try not to be biased. I fell for these boys because of their charming personalities and compassionate hearts. Negatives: they are childish and have a hard time checking back into reality. But its cool.

Aries

Powerhouses. Aries are very much like me. They are strong minded, confident and determined. But they're short-tempered. Any small thing could possibly set off an Aries because they're moody. Some of my close friends are Aries and I'm glad I've never gotten into a verbal argument with them because I would definitely be scared too.

Taurus

Boring. I'm sorry, but Taurus's can be boring. They're what you call the "mom friend". That title comes from their responsible and reliable personalities. Good friends to have around, for sure. Bad trait is that they're passive. I have a roommate that's a Taurus and she's a great roommate. Very clean! I appreciate her a ton.

Gemini

Geminis. Geminis. Geminis. You either love them or hate them. With their split personalities they're hard to keep track of. My best friend who got me into these zodiac signs is the biggest Gemini I know. Everything about her is Gemini. They're gentle, affectionate and have a great ability to adapt to new ideas and learn things quickly. The negatives about Gemini's are that they're inconsistent and have a hard time deciding things.

Cancer

Emotional! Woah, Cancers are emotional. Whenever it's Cancer season I feel like my brain may combust. They're emotional, sympathetic, persuasive. It's okay for people to be intact with they're emotions and feelings, but the downs to a Cancer is that they are nosey, manipulative, and can be insecure. I have friends who are Cancers, but we're not super close.

Leo

The BEST people you will ever meet! Leo's are very confident, but their confidence is mistaken for being arrogant and self-centered. But if you look past that, we're passionate and warm hearted. I don't know a single Leo who would put themselves before someone else. They're always wanting to help! As long as you show off a Leo and give them the attention that they want, you will love them.

Virgo

I have a love hate relationship with Virgo's. Technically I am supposed to be a Virgo. They're perfectionists. If things don't go exactly how they want it, they freak out. Also, Virgo's can be very hard on themselves and others. My mom's a Virgo and sometimes we bump heads, but I know it's because she holds me up to a higher standard.

Libra

Libra's are chill. They like to lay low and don't cause any confrontations. Libra's are generous people, willing to share all the time. They're the people who don't speak unless spoken too. I don't have very much experience with Libra's other than another one of my roommates.

Scorpio

SCORPIOS! Oh my goodness. Majority of the boys I have talked too in a romantic way have been Scoprio's! It's so weird that I always go for them! But it's because they're passionate, brave, and natural-born leaders. They're also very trustworthy. Great life long friends. Negative traits of a Scorpio are that they have a hard time trusting, which is probably why none of the Scorpios and I have ever worked out.

Sagittarius

The funniest people you will ever meet. They have such a great sense of humor. It makes you feel alive every time you're around one! They're realists so you never have to worry about them having their head in the clouds. Things you have to watch out for with Sagittarius's is that they have no filter. They kinda just say whatever, whenever.

Capricorn

Story tellers. Capricorns always have a story to tell. They are good managers. Meaning, that they are also good leaders. With that, though, some of them can be considered know-it-alls. So if you're feeling like one of your friends is showing off and making you feel like you don't know as much as them, they're probably Capricorns. Capricorns are cool people that I have never had a problem with personally.

Talking Astrology with me is the best thing a person can do. It opens your mind to why some people are the way they are. Before you think about if you want to further a relationship with someone, friend wise or romantically, check their zodiac sign to see if you're compatible! The stars see things before we do!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
