Reclaiming Joy
"[T]he concept of searching deep within ourselves will help us feel joy and the only way to progress as an individual is to contemplate the facts in front of us about our lives, more specifically, ourselves."
Joy, we all want it but how do we attain it? Without knowing it joy is a part of human nature, therefore, we are all adept to feel it. It flares up within us without a reason, cause, or limit. At times it can seem that this joy we want to feel was only ever the easiest to be achieved when we were young. As we have grown older life tends to throw us with more intense roadblocks that negatively weigh us down; whether it be wounds we are trying to heal from or false beliefs that prevent us from achieving happiness. These roadblocks barricade us from seeing reality at hand and can cause us to believe and feel falsely inadequate things about ourselves. Therefore, when your mind tends to be your worst enemy, how do you re-attain that joy you once felt as a child? It is easier said than done, however, I believe the ability to prioritize mental clarity is a step in the right direction. Figuring out how to see who we are in a realistic light while thinking logically will help us understand ourselves better. It seems as if the concept of searching deep within ourselves will help us feel joy and the only way to progress as an individual is to contemplate the facts in front of us about our lives, more specifically, ourselves. All in all, having a strong foundation of mental clarity is the step in the right direction to reclaim your inherited birthright, joy <3
