I am sorry Whataburger just isn't that good
It literally relieves my anxiety and stress when I get to just sit back and watch my show as I get transported to Wonder Wharf with my fave TV family, the Belchers.
Bob's Burgers may not be able to fix the chemicals in my brain, but it's fixed everything else in my life.

SEROTONIN! WHOO! Bob's Burgers has the kind of humor that just makes your soul smile.

Between each character and their unique personalities, it isn't hard to relate to any of them! Which one are you?

I know people from 12-45+ of age who watch Bob's Burgers and love it all the same. The jokes work on all kinds of levels, ranging from kiddo to adult.

Who doesn't love a good boy booty?

Who doesn't love a good wino? Wine has had a positive impact on my life, and I'm glad there's a show that demonstrates my appreciation for it.

They're inclusive of all races, genders, sexes, and everything in between... and in the very best way, a respectful way.

Repeat this manta at least three times a day in a mirror to unlock Tina Belcher Level Confidence.

Who hasn't felt this way before??

This show follows the ins and outs of the Belcher family, with all of the highs and lows in between. And trust me, there's a lot of twists and turns along the way.

It's a valid question; what's your opinion on whether or not they get songs stuck in their heads? But seriously, who hasn't had those random questions run through their mind at least once a day?
Bob's Burgers is a show that I can just relax and enjoy. While there is an actual storyline in the show from beginning to end, you can jump into any episode and enjoy it, plus you can get some closure at the end of each episode with all of the day's ups and downs resolving in one way or the other.

WARNING: The following may cause extreme hunger.
Social media and the internet has its pros and cons. One of its biggest cons is having the opportunity to see amazing food places all over the country . . . and not being able to eat there because it's not available in your state! Here are the top 5 places that really need to open in the Northeast area of the United States.
Jollibee is the Philippine's #1 food chain and in the past few years, they have expanded with a few stores in the United States. Though none of their stores have opened near me and the closest store is in NYC. They're most famous for their Chickenjoy fried chicken. Their menu includes an array of unique burger, fries, and noodle offerings.
Anyone on the East Coast can relate to missing out on In N Out burgers. I've seen the mouthwatering pictures and videos and it's really hard not to get jealous. In N Out, if you're reading this, please expand into the East Coast, you'll make a lot of business.
You can only have so many McDonald's burgers and fries. I'd like some more variety and having Whataburger as an option would be exciting.
I first heard of the Boba Guys through YouTube and once again felt left out on having the opportunity to try the amazing variety of bubble tea options they give. Please Boba Guys, expand into the Philadelphia area!
Philz Coffee is that coffee I feel like everybody in the U.S. knows about and goes to regularly . . . except me. There's a Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts on every corner in my city and no other big coffee chains to quickly run to. I'm exhausted by the limited options and would really like to try Philz!
I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just saying it's hard.
When I started college, I had the intention of eating healthy and working out daily. That quickly changed once the semester started. My senior year of high school, I got on this really big health kick. I ate salads for lunch almost every day, in addition to going to the gym daily. I was in really good shape, and I felt great. I planned on continuing this in college, but that hasn't exactly worked out as well as I had hoped.
The dining hall really gets you. It's not that there aren't healthy options, it's that you eventually won't want them. Salads and spinach wraps get old after a while. I mean, there are only so many things you can eat. And the desserts. No matter how hard you want to avoid them, they just always look so good.
And if it's not the dining hall, then it's Chick-fil-A. (Or Panda Express for some people, but I don't like Chinese) Like come on, you really expect me to order a salad when I smell waffle fries? I mean, it's practically impossible.
Or coffee. Now, I know there's some coffee that's not bad for you, but when you're at Starbucks, you're definitely not going to want to order just a plain coffee when you can get a Caramel Macchiato instead. Um, yes, please. (But on another note, how do some people order a Venti Mocha Frappuccino at 9 A.M.? That's even beyond me.)
Or going out to eat with friends. I mean really, you're not going to want to eat healthy while your friends are all eating chicken fingers and burgers.
Or the fact that there's food everywhere, all the time. And even better: FREE food. This is something I really didn't expect. But without fail, almost every single day, there is some organization handing out donuts or some event being held that has free pizza. Seriously, turning down free food is extremely hard.
And the really hard part: working out. It's not that I don't have time, because I probably do. It's that it's hard to MAKE time to workout. When you're busy with schoolwork and essays, as soon as you finish, all you really feel like doing is going to bed. (I guess maybe if I didn't procrastinate this wouldn't be a problem, but that's a whole other issue) And in the mornings, well let's be real, no one wants to get up early to workout before class.
Basically, it's hard to be healthy in college. A lot harder than I thought it would be.
Drinking one gallon of water a day can benefit you in so many ways!
You body is mainly water, so it makes sense that it requires continued hydration. However, most doctors only 'require' you to drink eight cups per day (64 ounces) or half your body weight in ounces! Drinking more than the required amount can give you so many extra benefits that you don't realize you need until you get! After only a week of the challenge, it is almost guaranteed that you will look and feel noticeably different and healthier! So why not try?
Most people are under the assumption that the only drinks that can provide energy are the ones that contain caffeine. However, water hydrates your body and mind, allowing them to be refreshed and energized all throughout the day without any caffeine or sugary drinks.
Drinking water is one of the easiest dieting tricks! By drinking a gallon a day, your body will be under the illusion that it is full longer and faster, so that you end up not eating as much and less frequently!
Now, drinking a gallon of water a day won't magically erase all of your pimples, but it definitely helps! Along with a proper skin care routine and no extra sugary drinks or foods, your skin should be in pretty good shape!
Keeping your body hydrated is so important when exercising. If your body is well hydrated, you are less likely to get fatigued as quickly and not as likely to experience cramping.
GiphyAnother beneficial diet tip is to not drink your calories! Drinking a gallon of water a day allows you to keep your calories for more yummy food.
Let your inner foodie loose!
As a Stony Brook student, it is very easy to get tired of bouncing between West Side Dining, East Side Dining, and Roth. Here are a few options to let your inner foodie run loose!

If you're looking for a fun, casual sports bar with not-your-average bar food, then Grumpy Jack's is your spot! Contrary to the name, everyone working here is super nice and attentive. Seriously, if you're looking for a spot to watch the game, I would recommend having a burger and wings at Grumpy Jack's.

Tucked away in the Village of Port Jefferson, Ruvo features a diverse menu where everything is very clearly made with a lot of care and thought. Their Prix Fixe menu can definitely help out by giving you the chance to try a few courses for a set price, just so you can experience the craftsmanship of Ruvo's chefs. The ambiance is rustic and comfortable, yet upscale at the same time. If you can afford to go to Ruvo, I would recommend doing so ASAP.

If you attend Stony Brook University, are planning to go to Stony Brook, considering applying to Stony Brook, or if you have ever even heard of Stony Brook University, I can almost guarantee that you have heard of Se-Port Delicatessen. Se-Port is famous on Long Island for dishing out absolutely monstrous sandwiches that can please any appetite. Their most popular sandwiches include the Gasm, the Boone, and the Queens.
Although they are most famous for their sandwiches, they appeal to all customers by offering açaí bowls, chopped salads, quesadillas, burritos, power bowls, hamburgers, brownies, cookies, and pretty much anything you could be craving.
