We only have one life. The average lifespan of a person is typically around 75 years or so, which seems long, but truthfully isn't. Not to be morbid, but you could get hit by a car tomorrow.
Because of this, it's important to carefully use the precious time we have to surround yourself with people who support you, love you, make you laugh, make you cry happy tears and share the beautiful moments in life with you. I know far too well that you can't and shouldn't waste time on people who tear you down, make you sad or hurt and overall don't care about you. Don't let these people waste your time.

Now, she meant it in a romantic sense, but I think it's important to reflect upon it with all of the people in your life. When all of your dreams come true, do you want the people in your life to be people who make you happy or people who waste your time with their selfishness?
