I am lucky enough to call this beautiful city the place where I grew up. If you live in Columbus, you know this is just a few of the many fun things to do in the summer! If you are visiting, definitely give something on this list a try. You won't regret it!


1. Ohio State Fair

2. Lights Festival

3. College night on the town at Bullwinkles, Midway, and Plaza


4. On a healthy kick? Try out Alchemy Fruit and Juice Bar, Zest, and NativeCold Pressed

5. Spend a day at the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi bay


6. Take an adventure through German Village

7. Enjoy a day at the beautiful Franklin Park Conservatory

8. Check out the Columbus Museum of Art

9. Take a walk through nature and see the different waterfalls at Indian Run Falls

10. Brave enough to take the hike? This is the view at the top of Rising Park

11. Coffee lover like me? Then you'll love Fox in the Snow Cafe, Roosevelt Coffeehouse, and Java Central

12. Take a trip to Hocking Hills for the day and enjoy the outdoors

13. Can't beat a lovely night at a Clippers game on dime a dog night

15. Try some of my favorite ice cream places- Coppa Gelato, Simply Rolled Ice Cream, or Cookie Dough Creamery

19. Take a trip to take some cute pictures in the field of sunflowers off US 68 near Yellow Springs
