So you've made it through hell week and finals week...but now what? Well now it is officially summer and you can catch up on everything you've missed - friends, family, netflix, and more. For some, summer is the time to work and earn the money that they will most likely need for the next school year, for others it is a time to lounge around and do nothing (whether it's inside on the couch or outside on a beach). Here is your guide to lounging around inside with Netflix in front of you - your summer guide to Netflix.

1. "Grey's Anatomy" (eleven seasons)

I love Grey's and have watched it multiple times. It is a medical drama with the right amount of social drama going on in a hospital. This one is going to keep you busy for a while, with 11 seasons, so you're going to want to start this one now.

2. "Gossip Girl" (six seasons)

In "Gossip Girl," a faceless Kristen Bell keeps you on your toes as an anonymous blogger who puts the lives of privileged Upper East Side teens on display, while revealing every single dirty detail. This show is filled with twisted love stories and mysteries, definitely worth watching!

3. "Orange is the New Black" (three seasons)

This is one of the most popular Netflix original series and it's gaining a lot of attention and popularity within the last year. Within this series, it documents the journey of a innocent young woman whose past quickly comes back to haunt her. She ends up facing 15 months in jail, where her ex-lover residers with her new "wife," Crazy Eyes. Watch this to learn more about them!

4. "Jane the Virgin" (one season, but more to come)

This show is filled with action, drama, love, and comedy as it documents the life of Jane, who finds herself in a weird predicament after she is artificially inseminated, accidentally, with sperm that was intended for someone else. This show will also keep you on your toes as you learn the family webs and the love triangle that happens between Jane, Michael (Jane's finance), and Raphael (the sperm donor), who Jane already knows.

5. "Young and Hungry" (two seasons)

I personally haven't watched this one, but it is a quirky comedy centered around Gabby, who is an aspiring chef, as she lands a job with a big-time entrepreneur. Her relationships with her boss, roommate, and co-workers always make for interesting story-lines.

6. "Friday Night Lights" (five seasons)

This is a classic hometown sports story of a football team centered in Odessa, Texas. It is both truthful and inspiring and is definitely one for football-lovers and fans.

7. "Parks and Recreation" (seven seasons)

Follow Leslie Knope and those who work with her on the adventure that is the Parks and Recreation department for Pawnee, Indiana in this thrill filled show. I have watched this many times and it is a great show if your looking for one to making you laugh a ton.

8. "Glee" (six seasons)

Follow a group of teens as the conquer the world of the high school halls. From jocks, to nerds, to kids in the choir, you are sure to find your type of high school student in this show. With lots of music that we grew up listening to and know now, this is the show to watch when you just want to sing along.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
