As college students’ Christmas breaks come to an end, and it is time to move back to college towns and start up the new semester, we all have mixed feelings.
Parents are ready for their students to go back, and although students will miss the comforts of home, they are ready to get back to school as well.
We are excited to get back into our routines, yet not excited to start studying again.
I think all of us college students can relate to the Kardashians of the South, the Chrisleys. Here are a few of those moments:
1. Getting back on campus and reuniting with your best friends
You can't ever be mentally prepared enough for this moment.
3. Studying for your first test or quiz of the semester
Us too, Julie, us too.
4. Hearing this sentence from your parents on a regular basis
We're really trying, I promise.
5. Deciding you need to treat yourself... again.
Can’t hurt… right?
6. When you trip in front of people for the first time of the semester
At least I think this happens to everyone...
7. When you come back to campus for the semester with four more bags than you left with
Must just be a girl thing.
8. Having to eat dining hall food again
It’s not horrible, but home-cooked meals are definitely so much better.
9. When you and your roommate have to pump each other up before cleaning
Sometimes we just need to encourage each other before this daunting task.
10. Walking into that class you signed up for with your friend
This makes class quite a bit better to go to.
