There is nothing quite like a good conspiracy theory. You can debate about things like JFK and the moon landing for hours. Most of these theories are just that, wild theories. However, there is one theory I feel needs to be brought to your attention.

There are many people out there who believe that Stevie Wonder isn't blind. When I first heard this, I thought it was ridiculous. Then I saw this clip.

This weak piece of evidence that shows Stevie Wonder half catching a fallen mic stand was all I needed to be convinced that he wasn't really blind. From there, I went deep and have seen photos of Stevie using a camera, heard stories of him shopping for TV's and thinking the picture wasn't good enough, and have seen him sitting courtside at NBA games.

Clearly, Stevie Wonder had the talent to make it in the industry but needed something to make him stand out. That voice can get noticed, but that voice from a blind man is absolutely incredible. From there, he couldn't admit that he has been lying and had to put on an act for his entire life.

The fact that Stevie Wonder has faked being blind his whole career should take nothing away from it. His songs still slap whether he can see or not, and that is what matters. I don't care that he might be a fraud and a liar, he is still incredibly talented. In fact, it's actually even more impressive that he has kept his sight a secret for this many years.

You might be reading this and wondering if I really believe that Stevie Wonder can see. Maybe I do, or maybe I like to get people riled up. Maybe Michael Jackson was killed by the Israeli government, maybe he wasn't. The point is, conspiracy theories are fun whether you believe them or not. You should always look deeper into things. Don't believe everything you read, especially when the truth is staring right at you...through two eyes that are completely functional.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
