Hello! This week I am once again writing about some of my newest drawings, but this weeks is something a tad bit more significant to me. That is because this is one of my first successful drawings to have a realistic person drawn, but also to have them look more human by them resting in a chair. Similarly to my previous articles, I would like it if you could write your thoughts in the comment section below. Also give feedback on what I can improve before I complete the drawing or ideas for future drawings!

This drawing in particular was much easier to create. I had the idea of depicting a tribal elder for some time now but never actually drew it until now. He is seated in some type of throne. The kind of leadership I studied that inspired this drawing was tribe elders who were only the leaders because of their wisdom and experience. These leaders seem to be more humble and kind hearted. I tried to think about the nature of a tribal elder when drawing and this is what I came up with so far. So far this is my best drawing of a person in-pose so far!
