Stacked Sandwiches and More

Stacked Sandwiches and More is a local restaurant in Milledgeville, Georgia. Whether you are a local, a college student, or just passing through Milly, this is the best place to eat in town! Here are ten reasons why Milledgeville loves Stacked Sandwiches.

1. The man behind it all

I have never experienced a manager as great as Bo Sibilsky. He is patient when you don't know what to order, and remains calm when the line is out the door. He actually works shifts along side his employees, directly serving the customers he treasures so deeply. Speaking of customers, Bo treats them so well. He offers free items and samples, greets you with a smile on his face, and knows a majority of his customers by name! Sometimes he remembers your order if you come enough. This beloved restaurant would not be the same without Bo Sibilsky.

2. THE SANDWICHES

Once you have tasted a Stacked sandwich, no other sandwich will ever taste as good unless it is from Stacked. They are each personally designed and crafted to perfection. Take my word for it, I wasn't a sandwich person until I went to Stacked. (I recommend the Stacked Club)

3. Picky? No problem!

Although their sandwiches are already perfectly designed, Stacked will work with you to still create a delicious sandwich despite your allergies and distastes.

4. Healthy alternative

You will always feel good and full when you leave Stacked. It's a better alternative than greasy fast food chains.

5. Impossible to refuse

If your family or friends can't agree on a place to eat, Stacked is always the agreed decision. Everyone loves it.

6. Supports local businesses

One of the coolest things about Stacked is that it supports local businesses. The walls are decorated with photos taken by local photographers. This benefits both the photographers, by giving them business, and Stacked, by giving the restaurant wall decorations.

7. Pimento Cheese

Pimento cheese fanatic Abby Norman describes it as "Spicy, but not too spicy to where you can't eat it. It makes any sandwich even better than it already is. Basically, it's cheese on steroids."

8. Spirit nights

Stacked also supports local clubs and organizations. The best spirit nights are always at Stacked. Not only does it bring in business, but part of your purchase goes to benefit local charities.

9. THE COOKIES

Talk about melt in your mouth deliciousness. No matter how full you are, there will ALWAYS be room for a cookie. Whether it is chocolate chip, red velvet, or reese's, the cookie itself gives you a reason enough to come in.

10. One of a kind

Stacked is a one of a kind business. It is only in Milledgeville, and WOW we are lucky. Great sandwiches. Great employees. Great service. Great owner. It is an honor to have Stacked in Milledgeville.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
