Sorority recruitment will/is one of the best and worst times of the year. It's a time where potential new members find their potential new home, chapters stress about talking to over 300 people a day. This week/consecutive weekends are a time to reflect upon your values and get to meet so many wonderful chapters. Recruitment is a long, stressful process, but will certainly be worth it at the end.
