We are rapidly approaching the most stressful time of the year...finals week. With looming deadlines and busy schedules it can be hard to find time to relax and reflect on the things you have accomplished and the things to come. We are often so wrapped up in our busy life styles that we forget to take a break to breathe. It's hard to constantly be on the move, so motivation is key.
