Life has a way of getting pretty stressful every once in a while. Sometimes it can be difficult to manage everything that's thrown your way whether that be school, work, or relationships. Honestly, it all starts to feel a little too serious. I believe in times like that, the best thing you can do is laugh.

Like Dan Cummins says in one of his stand-up albums, "I think life is short, I think you should laugh as much as you can."

That's one of the reasons I've taken to listening to stand-up comedy. Pandora has a channel called "Today's Comedy Radio" which I've been listening to since the beginning of my senior year of high school. Only recently did I discover that Spotify also has all of my favorite comics' albums available to listen to.

After this discovery, I immediately made my own playlist which I listen to almost every day. Even though I have heard many of the tracks several times over, they still manage to make me laugh or brighten my mood. Listening to stand-up comics might not be for everyone but for those that do enjoy it or are interested, I have some recommendations. You can find all of these artists on Spotify.
