1) Oatmeal.
All you need is quick oats, milk, and whatever you like to add to your oatmeal. I like bananas and sugar personally. Some ideas are: eggs for protein, walnuts, blueberries, anything really!
2) Mac and cheese.
This one is a little more complicated. Heat the noodles and milk (or water) together, drain, and add cheese! I like to add pepper to my mac, but again you can personalize it however you like.
3) Cookie in a cup.
Don't worry, for all you people with sweet teeth out there, I got y'all covered. This one is by far the easiest and it is perfect for the midnight munchies. Just take your cookie dough of choice and mash it into the mug. Pop it into the microwave, let radiation do its thing, then voila! You have a half-baked or fully baked cookie, depending on how long you heat it.
