A Small Goal to Accomplish

Life isn't just about the big goals you want to achieve. The small goals are important too.

The little things you aim to achieve in life are a big part of what makes things fun and exciting and here is one relatively small goal I want to accomplish within the next few years or so.

Stories are something I’ve loved ever since I was young. I would read books all the time and in my mind it would be like a movie was playing. I always created these fictional worlds in my mind and made up crazy imaginative stories that I would act out. Now that I’m older something I really want to do is write my own story and it’s a goal I hope to achieve soon.

I attempted to write a book when I was in the 5th grade. I remember I would take a clipboard to school everyday and write during class and it ended up being around 200 pages. Looking back now it was extremely poorly written, but now I want to try again. I was to write a real book. I’ve tried endless times, but always gotten stuck. I’d create all the characters and plan the plot, but once I got started I could never go through with it.

Now I want to write a real book start to finish and become a real author. I’ve always been in love with the telling of stories and it would be incredible to create my own and share it with the world.
