Just when you think you had enough problems there are always more to follow. At least that's what life feels like right now. I know I have talked about having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome quite frequently, but what I want to shed light on this time is one of my other health problems that I had developed from having PCOS. Something that I battle everyday. Insomnia.
I've heard it said that once you develop one health problem, you're more prone to others. And I can definitely say that rings true for me. No matter how tired I feel, I often still can't fall asleep. I do have good days, but those are rare; especially lately. And yes, certain situations will trigger the insomnia but lately it's been rough. I will crochet, read, take melatonin, and drink " sweet dream" tea and still be wired until two in the morning. Most of the time all I need is one melatonin vitamin then I am out like a light.
