This is the perfect guide for anyone hitting the road this summer, or who just wants to take extra care of their skin, because yes, it matters!

the 10 Ultimate Skincare Products for When You're Always On The Go

These are my favorite skincare products for treating myself, specifically after a long day of traveling. This article will also delve into some of my favorite things to maintain healthy skin while on the road.

1. Fresh Sugar Caramel Hydrating Lip Balm

I'm obsessed with this lip balm from Fresh. While it definitely leans on the pricier side (running about $18 from Sephora), this is the most hydrating lip product I've used in a while. Plus, it adds a soft gloss look as well. I love this for traveling because I like to only bring a few products in my purse with me and it acts like a two in one.

2. PIXI Glow Tonic Exfoliating Toner

This is my new favorite nighttime toner (I use Thayers Alcohol-Free Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner for the daytime). This toner has 5% Glycolic Acid, which I find really helps combat breakouts while I sleep. Plus they sell it in a little "best seller" package at Target, perfect for getting travel sized products!

3. Fresh Umbrian Clay Oil-Free Lotion

I have super oily skin, especially during the summer. This lotion has been my saving grace. I don't want to over-hype it too much, it hasn't given me completely matte skin, but it's definitely helped. It's super light weight and I notice that my skin is a lot less oily than normal later in the day.

4. Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff

This is kind of a cult favorite, so you might have already heard of it. I don't know about you, but I don't always get a ton of sleep when traveling. You can always see how tired I am when you look at my dark circles, and it is so annoying. For this reason, I've become obsessed with this eye cream. A little goes such a long way and I feel like it immediately calms my under-eye bags and brightens. I use it in the morning before applying the rest of my moisturizer.

5. Sunday Riley U.F.O. Ultra-Clarifying Face Oil

Okay - Sunday Riley is so expensive. I usually never buy their products (this one alone goes for $80). However, I was in Sephora the other day and they had a set of three of their products for $65 (called the Space Race Fight Acne, Oil + Pores at Warp Speed Kit). I have no regrets because the face oil is amazing. If you're traveling to a city soon, I highly recommend this product. I feel like it completely clears out my pores. It's especially helped me with blackheads. I use it every 2-3 nights after toner and before moisturizer.

6. Sephora Watermelon After-Sun Mask

I love this sheet mask because it comes with a face mask and one for your chest/shoulders. It's super hydrating and makes me feel like I have an extra glow. One of my must-haves for a beach trip!

7. Palmer's Olive Oil Conditioner Spray Oil

The summer sun (and the chlorine pool) do not do my hair any favors. I always feel like at the end of summer and beach vacations my hair is super dry. This drug-store conditioning spray is my go-to for a hair pick me up.

8. The Original Mane 'n Tail Shampoo & Conditioner

Another cult favorite, I've been using this because I always feel like my sun damaged hair never grows. This (super cheap) shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair a lot less frizzy and definitely helps with growth.

9. L'Oreal Lumi Glow Amour Glow Boosting Drops

I've been trying to stay away from using face makeup over the summer (bb creams, foundations, etc.), so my new favorite thing has been to drop a drop or two of this liquid highlighter on my cheekbones for a warm glow. Plus the bottle is super tiny and fits in my purse well for easy travel!

10. Mario Badescu Drying Lotion

Finally, my favorite go-to acne spot treatment. I always, without fail, breakout from hormones or stress. There's nothing worse than one pesky zit popping up for all of your vacation pictures. That's why I always travel with this drying lotion, which minimizes the zit overnight.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
