A picture is worth a thousand words. So how many words is a multi-dimensional, complicated human being worth? Probably millions. Since I don't have the willpower to write (nor does anybody have the willpower to read) several million words to different important people in my life and this world, I limited myself to six. You read that right: six. Since Ernest Hemingway famously told an entire story in six words, I challenged myself to encompass many people in only six words. Even as a verbose writer, I still learned that so few words can still carry so much meaning.
Here are six word letters to 18 different people who are worth six million words:
1. To the mom who taught me the definition of love and selflessness:
I just can't thank you enough.
2. To the dad who was always my biggest fan through childhood into adulthood:
You believed in me. I'm stronger.
3. To the sister who sometimes forgets how great she really is:
You are talented. Never forget that.
