When planning a wedding it is easy to get caught up in all the pretty things and forget to leave room for personal touches that leave your guests saying, "this is SO them."

Personal touches will make your wedding a 'signature event' and they don't even have to be pricey. It can be as simple as including your favorite color, team, or even your furbaby!

If you're looking to give your big day that extra 'something special' then these six trendy ideas have your name all over them.

1. The Favor

By far this is the simplest way to add your personalities to your wedding. Whether you love Harry Potter and want to give your guests a Chocolate Frog, or you two are Chick-Fil-A lovers and have it catered at the end of the reception so your guests have a tasty snack on the way out, the favor is a great way to leave your mark.

2. The Cake Topper

Who doesn't love that beautiful accessory on the top of that delicious cake that your guests are so eagerly waiting for you to cut.

3. The Table Numbers

Maybe you guys have a favorite band or musician, so instead of table numbers you have 'table songs'? Or, include photos into the table numbers of the two of you - photo at one years old could be for table number one. Not only will it be fun picking out the 'table numbers', but it will also give your guests something extra to look at.

The ceremony is the quickest, yet most nerve wracking, part of the entire wedding. Don't let the ceremony get glossed over - add all the personal touches and all the feels! From hand written vows to your favorite prayer, connect your guests to you both in this intimate setting.
