As a college student, I wouldn't be able to live without my Netflix, so I know how important this is. You've had a long day. You get up for your 8AM classes. Coffee or tea has become your best friend. A necessity. After studying all night and writing papers, it's time to treat yourself. So log onto Netflix, or any other streaming site of your preference, and binge watch some of these:

1. Family Guy

Although family guy isn't a show like Pretty Little Liars, it's hilarious and there's always a good spot to stop because you're not following some crazy storyline. It's literally just a show to laugh at and who doesn't need a good laugh when they're stressed out. Am I right?

2. Glee

This is a judge free zone right? Glee is a really good show, with more than just singing. That's why I never watched it when it came out, I thought it was all about the singing. I was wrong! It's actually really good, and if you've been studying all day it's a good laugh and something to get you in a good mood.

3. Greys Anatomy

A show to watch if you're okay with crying every episode. Honestly, Shonda Rhimes, why do you do this to us? George, Derek, Izzy... I'm still not over George!

4. Breaking Bad

A show about a science teacher making drugs and selling them. Perfect show to give you ideas in case you decide to drop out of school. Just kidding. Drugs are bad. Never sell drugs. Never do drugs.

5. One Tree Hill

If it's a show you haven't seen, watch it. That's all I'm gunna say. If you have seen it, there's nothing wrong with watching it over again. I do it all the time. Don't judge.

There are plenty of others to name, but with these you've got your hands full. If you need more, I think it's time to get back to studying...

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
