Sexting Myths And Truths

I know you would like to believe that girls lay in bed naked all day and play with themselves while they sext you, but more than most of the time that is nowhere near true.

Here’s some assumptions about sexting:

-It cannot be done while multitasking

-It’s all about the pictures

-Girls who do it are sluts

-It has no positive effect other than arousing your man before a date

So, here’s the truths…

#1 Most girls aren’t JUST sexting you while they are sexting you. They could be driving, at work, in the grocery store, or walking the dog.

-I was doing the dishes on more than one occasion.

#2 A description with playful words does wonders. It allows the imagination to run wild which is sometimes better than any picture could do.

-Time to get your writing on, which is my specialty. You can create anything you want, and can carefully think about what you say.

While we’re on the topic of pictures………

Girls have pictures saved on their phone from days where they felt their sexiest to use on days when they are too busy to take new ones, or when they feel NOT so good about themselves.

We want pictures of you too- and not just of “down there”. We want poses and full body pictures, like we send you. It’s only fair 😉

-They don’t have to be completely nude either. We like to imagine things too.

-Don’t forget to use any props wisely and get plenty of lighting- No one wants a picture where they have to ask what it is!

#3 Woman, just like men sext for multiple reasons but mainly to feel good about themselves.

-Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves. If one day you wake up feeling great about yourself, you have every right to share the love.

#4 Sexting not only gets the vibes going for both partners, but is also a great communication tool. By sending specific and detailed messages back and forth, couples learn what is okay and what is NOT ok with their partner in the bedroom.

-This is also a great time to ask any questions or share any concerns that you have with your partner that you might be too nervous or scared to say out loud (to their face).

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
