I like to watch Halloween movies. My favorite one is Sleepy Hollow while my second favorite is Scary Godmother. When I was little, I always watched this on Cartoon Network during October. The first time when I watched this was a very long time ago. My sisters were switching the channels on TV and they stumbled on one that was a Halloween movie. One of them recognized the movie and stayed on the channel. I did not know what the title of the movie was at that time. It was a very good movie and I found out the name of the movie later on.

If you do not know what this movie is, then I will give you a summary of it. Scary Godmother is about a girl named Hannah Marie who is scared of monsters. On Halloween night, her cousin Jimmy and his friends leave her alone in a haunted house to scare her. As she cries in fear, a witch appears and reveals that she is her Scary Godmother. To cheer Hannah up, the witch takes Hannah to her world where monsters exist. In Scary Godmother's home, Hannah meets a lot of friendly monsters that enter the house like Mr. Skully Pettibone and Orson the vampire boy. Hannah learns that not all monsters are bad. When they learn the reason why Hannah came to Scary Godmother's home, all the monsters team up with Hannah and Scary Godmother to teach Jimmy and his friends a lesson by scaring them at the haunted house. Jimmy and his friends learn their lesson and Hannah goes home happily after saying goodbye to her friends.

If you are looking for a Halloween movie to watch, then you can try this one out. You might know what this movie is. There is also a sequel to this movie but this one is a classic!

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
