When coming to college you get your first chance to live alone and be yourself. Having your own apartment is every kids dream, knowing that they get to be on there own and have a place to call home. Also with an apartment of your own, you get to choose your roommates. Who wouldn't want to live with their best friends? I have the privilege to live with three of my best friends. It makes for the best memories and the most fun apartment that I could ever imagine. Always knowing that you are going home to an apartment filled with the best people makes every day a little easier. This is a list of all the amazing pros of living with your best friends.

1. You never have to leave the house to hang out.

Having to drive all the way from your apartment to your best friends just to sit around and watch Netflix is a lot of effort. This made it to where we would only hang out if we wanted to go out and party. When you live together you only have to walk into the living room. Lazy days together become so much easier and much more common.

2. Your closet is my closet, right?

Living together gives us like four closets. You also don't have to remember to give things back because they can just come take them back whenever they need it. Splitting all the clothes up at the end of the year is a pain but it is totally worth it. Four closets are always better than one.

3. Carpooling becomes a way of life.

When you go to school, live and work together, then carpooling is a must. No point for everyone to always drive to the same place at the same time. Plus with carpooling you get to have great car jam sessions which is always a great excuse to ride together.

4. There is always someone to talk to.

When you need someone to talk to about anything you only have to yell and someone will be right there. It is always nice to know that there is always someone there for you. Someone is always around to listen to you vent and to listen to you tell cute stories about your boyfriend. Having that is the best part about living together because you know someone is always there for you .

5. It is one long sleepover.

You never have to leave this perfect sleepover. Just like in the movies there are makeovers and doing each others hair it just doesn't happen all in one night. It extends for a whole year. You have all the amazing things about a sleepover with your friends but without having to share a bed or someone sleeping on the floor.

6. It makes you better friends.

Living with someone for a whole year you really get to know all about this person. You see them at their ups and their downs and you love them just the same. You may not always get along 100% of the time but that doesn't matter. Throughout the time that you live together you are making more memories and becoming better friends. Your roommates become much more than that they become family.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
