Gossip Girl is a great show, not just because of the story line, but because of the character investment. Whether it be the friendship between Blair and Serena, the love between Dan and Serena, or the devil that is Georgina Sparks, the characters are the backbone that the story is built around. The best character and relationship development would have to be between Blair and Chuck. Fans weren't rooting for them from the start, but with time it was conveyed to us that no matter what, they were meant to be together. Here are just a few quotes between the two of them that will either make your heart shatter or swoon.
