So, of course, being a big fan of Rihanna over the years, I had to attend her Anti Tour in Boston, MA. Of course, being the baddest bitch alive, Rihanna killed her concert, between her makeup, outfits, dances, just overall EVERYTHING. Here’s a few of my favorite things about her Anti concert:
1. Her Opening Act
I don’t think she could have picked any better opener than Travis Scott. He did an amazing job getting everyone hyped up to see Queen Riri.
2. Her Opening Song
Instead of opening with one of her new songs from the Anti album, she opened the show by singing ‘Stay.’ Of course, she killed it.
3. Work
Of course like everyone else, I couldn’t wait until she performed this song! However, I wish Boston got a surprise visit from Drake!
4. Her Dancing
Rihanna can dance her ass off! Between all her twerking and whining on stage, she looks like she doesn’t break a sweat!
5. Her Outfits
Ugh, I loved every single one of her outfit changes! Rihanna has an edgy, one-of-a-kind wardrobe. I couldn’t wait to see what she was going to come out on stage wearing next!
6. How Deep is Your Love/We Found Love
Rihanna did many remixes of her songs. Although, my favorite had to be the mix of ‘How Deep is Your Love’ by Calvin Harris and Disciples and her song ‘We Found Love.’ It was the perfect combo!
7. The Floating Catwalk
When performing ‘Sex with Me’ and ‘Woo,’ she was walking on a floating catwalk, which went high above the crowd. Of course, she twerked while on the catwalk! What’s better than watching Rihanna twerk on a floating catwalk?! Not much.
8. Her Vocals
Songs like ‘FourFiveSeconds’ and ‘Love on the Brain,’ Rihanna really sang her heart out! I never realized how great of a vocalist she is, especially live.
9. Her Personality
Rihanna’s personality shines through the whole entire concert. Occasionally, she would talk to the audience and have everybody in awe. Whenever she talks, you feel like she’s one of your girls that you’re partying with! Rihanna is truly so down to earth.
10. The Finale
The last song Rihanna sang was her new single ‘Kiss It Better.’ I believe it was the perfect song to end the concert! Of course, it was sad knowing the concert was going to be over in minutes, but hearing this song at the end was the icing on the cake.
