"Fuller House," the sequel to the popular television show "Full House," was released on Netflix February 26th. The show has most of the original cast returning, except the Olsen twins, who were not able to portray Michelle Tanner.
There are many things I could say about "Fuller House," but one of the reasons I liked watching it so much was the fact that it still has the same "feel" as "Full House." The story lines are very similar to the ones in "Full House." It is still about a single parent raising three children with the help of family and friends, and there is always a lesson to take away at the end of the episode too, whether it being DJ and Stephanie learning the lesson or Jackson and Max (DJ's children).
The show "Full House" was a show that the whole family could watch and enjoy together and "Fuller House" is the same way. It is still the same family friendly show that you remember watching when you were a young adult, and now your children can watch the next generation learn how to become adults.
There are some things that I do not like about the show, though. They overuse the catch phrases like, "how rude" throughout the series. It can get annoying at times. Another part of the show that I do not like is the fact that the original cast is not in every episode. Danny, Jesse, Becky, and Joey have all moved and DJ, Stephanie, and Kimmy live in the house and raise DJ and Kimmy's children together. I was hoping to see more of Jesse, Becky, Danny, and Joey. I like the Stephanie, DJ, and Kimmy relationship, though.
All in all, I really enjoyed watching the series. I enjoyed getting to see the adults that DJ, Stephanie, and Kimmy have become. I am looking forward to watching a season two of "Fuller House" if it is able to happen. I think most fans of "Full House" will love the show.
