Getting Through The Rest Of The Semester, As Told By 'Grey's Anatomy'

With just one month left, spring semester is flying by. Now, as we reach the end, the countdown is on as we drown in our messy rooms, homework assignments and exams/essays. Here's how we're getting through the semester, as told by the beauty that is "Grey's Anatomy."

1. It's a Sunday morning, you're hungover and decide to log onto Blackboard to see if your professors have posted any assignments/grades/exam dates.

You anxiously await. Please, I beg of you... No assignments!

2. And... crap. You have a five-page paper due in two days.

.

Well, eff that.

3. But, there are only four more weeks of school!

You need to make the most of your remaining time here this semester! You can't be busy doing work- you need to go out- DJs, Frats, whatever it may be! Party it up while you can! You know, because YOLO.

4. But at the same time, if you don't do your work you'll fail.

So you need to get up and get moving. (Cries internally).

5. After 30 minutes of studying for your stats final, you're depressed and distressed.

Why is college life so hard?

6. So, you pull yourself together (barely), grab your buds and head out for the day. You deserve a break.

You probably won't be back until much later.

7. Then you get back, and realize what a mistake you've made.

Definitely should not have peaced out for the day

8. Now, it's the night time, and the bars are popping and the frats are open and you're down to play. So you push off your work even more:

You are procrastination at its finest.

And now, you repeat this vicious cycle for three more weekends, and then BOOM — it's time to buckle down and break down into hysterics.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
