God's love is relentless.

It never fails. It never dims.

He delights in showing us mercy.

He never feels burdened by us.

He wants us to cry out to Him. To have faith in His power.

Because as soon as you cry out, God is on the way and He is ready to fight.

He will stick up for you.

He is the knight in shining armor, clothed in majesty.

He has already defeated the bully that is Satan, and He doesn't mind throwing another punch.

No matter how maDny times we call on Him, or get in the same quarrel, He is persistent in His rescue.

So faithful is He.

In Luke 18: 1-8, we see Jesus telling his disciples a parable of His relentless love for His people:

"Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’

“For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’”

And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”"

So you, daughter or son of the King, have nothing to fear because He will fight your battles for you.

He is always on your side.

He seeks after you, relentlessly.

He will always be your savior.

You can not escape His love.

Let go of your battle and let Him fight for you.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
