Are you thinking of getting a dog? Interested in getting a pit bull? Here are some reasons you shouldn't get a pit bull:
1. You hate adorable dogs.
If you hate cute dogs then maybe a pit bull just isn't right for you because cute is just what they are!
2. You don't want a loyal dog.
Maybe loyal dogs just aren't your thing-- that is totally understandable, but if you don't like loyal dogs then you won't like pit bulls because when you get a pit bull you get a best friend for life.
3. You love when grooming your dog takes a long time.
If you like to groom your dog and take hours doing it then maybe you should steer clear of the pit bulls. Their short coat means they don't need to be brushed and baths are usually very quick.
4. You want a lazy dog who never does anything.
Pit bulls have their moments of laziness, but if you're looking for a dog you'll never have to play with, then you don't want a pit bull because they love to play and go for walks.
5. Dogs that cuddle just aren't for you. 
If you are one of those people that just hates sitting on the couch with their dog pressed up against them wanting love and attention then run the opposite direction of any pit bull! Pit bulls love to curl up beside their beloved owner and get hugged and petted.
6. You don't want a dog that will play well with your children.
Pit bulls are loyal, loving, family dogs so if you don't want a dog who will get along with your child then pit bulls are just not for you!
7. Dog kisses just aren't your thing. 
If you hate those sloppy dog kisses, then you don't even want to think of getting yourself a pit bull.
8. Dogs that smile freak you out.
Pit bulls smile, ugh gross happy dogs?! Why in the world would anyone ever want a dog that smiles and looks so adorable while doing it?
9. You want a dog who outgrows the "excited puppy stage."
Pit bulls maintain their enthusiasm all throughout their life. If you want a dog who is going to calm down as they get older, then you may want to look somewhere else.
10. If you get mad when your dog looks cuter than you in a raincoat.
If you when a dog looks cuter than you in a raincoat, then do not get a pit bull because look at this precious thing!
