Supernatural has been on the air for over a decade, so if you haven't seen it, or heard of it, that is a feat unto itself. However, you're missing out. Essentially, it's about two brothers who crisscross the country in a cool car fighting monsters, demons and everything in between...including but not limited to angels and magic teddy bears.

Still not convinced? Here are five reasons you should definitely already be watching.

1. The dialogue.

As a self described scaredy cat, there are times when I want to cover my eyes and hide under the covers. However, the dialogue is what makes me peek out from behind my blue fuzzy blanket. If comedy and sass got married their children would be the lines that roll out of the characters on Supernaturals' mouths.

Let's not forget this exchange between Dean and Bobby (the boys' surrogate father).

2. The faces.

The two brothers have some of the most elastic facial features outside of a Norman Rockwell painting. Their expressions only add to the hilarity of the dialogue and make it more authentic.

I'm just going to leave this here.

And this. Pie is very important by the way. Aside from protecting Sam, it's the bane of Dean's existence.

3. The brother moments.

The series is laced together with the two brothers' relationship. There is bonding, fighting and long discussions in the Impala. A lot of times, films lose me because the acting just feels so inauthentic. However, to me, Sam and Dean's relationship never looks forced.

I couldn't choose one or two. So here's a collection of Sam and Dean moments.

4. The brothers themselves.

I mean really.

Do I even need to explain this one?

I hope you've enjoyed my admittedly short list. There is a lot more I could include, however, it was these four things that made me fall in love with the show. Though I could go on with 30 more points, and probably will at some point, this is just to get you started.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
