Thinking you're going to get stale, mass-produced, uneventful coffee? Not so. They call it a "Coffee Lab" for a reason, folks. According to an article in the Daily Courier Observer, the baristas at Park Bros "[experiment] with roasting techniques, evaluate beans for sourcing and meet with wholesale buyers, all in full view of customers." And Park Bros themselves states the following on their Facebook page:

We carry on the tradition of crafting exceptional small-batch roasted coffees.

So that means each batch of coffee is fresh, invigorating and refreshing, and made just for you!

2. They have a variety of drink and food choices.

Of course, while coffee is in the name, Park Bros offers other delicious choices for the non-coffee inclined individuals, including hot cocoa, parfaits, baked goods and savory chocolates. There's something here for everyone. They even include steep timers for tea-drinkers to make you feel extra fancy.

3. The indoor atmosphere is unlike anything else you'll find elsewhere in Potsdam.

It's an eclectic mix between an urban, New-York-City-esque bar and a small-but-homey North Country shop complete with a mounted deer head and other antiques (including, but not limited to, an actual working motorcycle). But to get a real feel of this amazing establishment, you just have to go and grab a cup.
