It's easy to feel like most days you're stuck in a routine of mundane activities just trying to survive classes and make money, but everyday you do little things that you should feel proud for doing.
1. You decide to take the stairs instead of the elevator
it's going down and you live on the second floor? Still counts.
2. You remember to recycle
Even if it's just one bottle, it counts.
4. You bake brownies from scratch instead of using the mix.
Although, if we're being honest, the mix is just as good.
5. You get yourself to the gym even just to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
The hardest part is just getting there.
6. You resist ordering food after a night of drinking.
When you know your friends are ordering Dominos' cheesy bread and you know you'll have to be there when it arrives, this is a whole new level of self control.
7. You make coffee instead of spending money at Starbucks.
Doing anything other than rolling out of bed and shuffling to class earns you adulting points.
8. You remember to fill up your tank before it's empty.

9. You say no to going out when you have work to do.
FOMO is real no matter what anyone says, so yes, this is impressive.
10. You remember to drink water.

If you simply woke up today and left the house you accomplished something. You should be patting yourself on the back for all the simple things you've done that prove you're more than making it through the day.
