If you're deaf, and you went to a mainstream high school, you must have had an interpreter like me. Here are five signs you are still best friends with your high school interpreter.

1. You have known each other for a few years.

Since fourth grade, y'all have known each other and you start to get the idea of true friendship!

2. You get comfortable with a person after a while.

When getting to the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior years, those are the years that are especially cherished.

4. They know your signing skills and know your pace. (I'm skilled...)

They will see you fail, succeed and watch you do it all over again!
