Do you dread group projects? Do you hate when you’re stuck doing all the work?
Trust me when I say, you are not alone.
I can definitely say that from now on I am going to dread group projects. All because of one awful experience in my advertising class.
This past week I had to present with my group our presentation and it’s a good thing that I had done my part because the rest of my group wasn’t so lucky when it came to grades.
Now, let me rewind three weeks to when we were given the assignment. When we were first given the assignment my group seemed like a very good one, and that everyone in my group was ready to get to work. Boy was I wrong! I spent the next three weeks stressing and struggling about trying to finish our project on time. Even though I had finished my part of the project on time, the rest of my group decided to wait till the Thursday that we presented to do everything. Do you understand how stressful it is to try and finish a project on time when no one else in the group decides to do their part? Let me just tell you that it’s very stressful.
Long story short, after all the hard work I put into this project for three weeks it will pay off in my grade; however, I cannot say the same for the rest of my group.
