To the professor that's always running late and frazzled:

Please get your sh*t together. If I'm expected to wake every Tuesday and Thursday to make it your 8am class with my life in order, homework done, awake, and not running into class late; you should be able to hold yourself to the same standard.

First of all, you should be here by 8am not rushing in at 8:05 or later.

Second, please have some sort of structure to your class not pointless rambling and stories that don't quite relate to anything were supposed to be talking about. Starting a lecture and then going off on a rant about something that upsets you on a more personal level is frustrating because while we are trying to learn and focus on the reading while you're ranting about the south.

Third, GET IT TOGETHER. I'm begging you, please learn how to use the technology in the classroom beforehand rather than wasting my time and my classmates time trying to figure out how to get the projector to work. It's a waste of my time to sit in class while you're calling IT and fumbling around trying to figure out how to get everything to work. It's frustrating for us, your students, to have to wait around while you figure out how to put something up on the screen.

I understand, everyone has a rough day, but try not to make the rough day's a habit.
