A great friendship is not an easy thing to find, but there are some that just seem perfect. While you and your friends may not be a crime solving duo with perfect hair and an abundance of obscure '80s references, we can all only hope to have a friendship as awesome as Shawn and Gus.
1. They are never going to let you get away with phrasing something wrong.
2. Eventually they are bound to give you an outlandish nickname, and chances are you are going to love it. Even if you don't, it's not going away.
3. You and your friends agree ... most of the time.
4. They always have your back.
5. They don't judge your dance moves, or lack thereof.
6. They are never afraid to tell it like it is.
7. They always know exactly what you need hear when times get tough.
8. They'll let you brag sometimes...
9. ... But don't have a problem messing with you.
10. They know when you're being ridiculous.
11. You are always ready to follow each other's lead.
12. They will always support you, even if what you are saying doesn't make a lot of sense.
13. But they are going to bring you back down to Earth during your harder times.

19. Last but not least, the best part of a great friendship is that no matter the highs or the lows, you are always thankful that they are around.
