I love TV shows. I like them better than movies, to be honest. I like the idea of when we watch a show, we become attached to the story line and the characters. We immediately want to see what's coming next, and TV shows like to leave us hanging. We especially get this when we watch a recording or live TV, but we also get this with Netflix and Hulu.
If you need any recommendations for shows I recommend:
"Scrubs" (For the people who don't like seeing blood.)
" Grey's Anatomy" (For people who don't mind organs, blood, drama and romance.)
"How I Met Your Mother" (Season 9 is just terrible, but you should still watch it.)
"Mad Men"
"Fargo" (Its on Hulu, the second season isn't on there yet)
"M*A*S*H" (Also, if you don't like blood and like old TV shows.)
" The Office" (How have you not seen this?!)
"The Tudors" (Warning: its a little racy.)
And that's just a tiny list. But every time you start a show, you go through almost the same process every time (especially if you love it).
When you begin the show
Deciding which characters you like or not
When you fly through the first season
When a character you used to hate grows onto you
When you start to hate a character you used to like
When you notice you're halfway through the series
Going through the major plot plots of the show
When you discover your favorite scene or line
Noticing that you've watched Netflix or Hulu the entire day
When you guess right on what was going to happen
When your favorite character leaves or dies
When you notice you're almost finished with the series
If your favs get good endings
If your favs get bad endings
When you finish the last episode ever
Good thing you can just watch it all over again! I just love TV shows. It's always amazing to me what people come up with, and to see actors make their characters come alive (and the same with the story) is just an awesome thing to witness every time I watch Netflix or Hulu. Seriously, if you haven't watched any of the shows I mentioned above, you should.
