I'm pro-life and not just anti-abortion. Abortion is wrong. I don't care about the excuses people make. Abortion is sometimes used as a birth control and that's so wrong on so many levels. There's always an option other than abortion.

I know you're saying, "but what if the mothers' life is in danger?"

Well, she can have a c-section. Babies can live outside of the womb as early as 22 weeks.

"But what if she can't support a child or doesn't want one"

There's adoption! There are so many families around the U.S. that can't conceive but would love to adopt. You have months to get a better job to support a child if that's what you choose.

I'm not here to tell you about why abortion is wrong, although I'm pro-life. All life is precious and valuable. Your child might have down syndrome and that's why you want to abort it? Well, shame on you. A child's deformities or mental disabilities (I hate that word disabilities) does not mean the quality of life will be bad. Yes, it might be hard but that child could go on to have a great life!

If I could adopt every unwanted child, I would in a heartbeat, no matter the genetic mutation or deformity. All life is precious and children are so innocent. Why take away a child's right to life all because you aren't ready? They didn't ask for it. It's no longer just your body, there's a precious and valuable human life growing inside of you who is dependent upon you and you want to end their right to life?

I don't care the disease or genetic mutation, abortion should never be an option. There are so many other options than abortion. I know it's not easy on the people that have abortions but they made that choice. There's always an option other than abortion. Life is valuable so don't take away an innocent one because you weren't ready.

As early as 8 weeks a baby can react to touch. By 20 weeks, babies can react to pain. Don't end a life when there are plenty of others willing to care for the child you don't want.
