You are given two choices. One choice is going back to the past and doing things that you used to do. The second choice is to stick with the present. Sometimes, I think of going back to the past. These days, the world has been changing. The world is getting more dangerous. The world is dealing with a pandemic. There are a lot of changes that we have to do to make the world a better place. However, these days, I think it is better to stick with the present. There are many reasons why sticking with the present is better than going back to the past.
One reason why is that you will have to use a lot of stamina again. You have to retake long and hard tests and exams. You passed them once, but this time, you will fail. What about redoing the whole grade again? You could stand the whole school year, but this time, you cannot stand the whole school year.
Another reason why is being someone that you do not want to be again. In the past, you were immature. You know that being immature is not right. You have worked so hard to change yourself to become a better person. Even if you go back to the past as your present self, you still have to go back to your past self. What happens if you cannot turn back into your present self?
The third reason why is fixing your mistakes will change your future. Some people have some regrets from the past. The regret makes them want to fix the past. Fixing your past will change your fate. You will not get what you have in the present.
No matter how many things have changed in the world, keep going and do not go back.
