Through the blogs that I follow including BeautifulonaBudget, they have a separate tab for specific Amazon finds. So no longer do I have to go hunt the items down by myself, I make sure that I click on the link that I would like to click on. Not only does the blog that I mentioned earlier have some awesome Amazon finds, but she also has other finds through other websites. Through this and how viral she has gone recently, she is able to be an affiliate to her links, and she can make a commission off of what she links.
This is done through a site called Like to Know It. So being viral does help as a blogger, it is not just a term that is added on the pillars for nothing. Overall I do think that blogs do a great job of getting accessed by our society and I think it's a great marketing tool to have if you have to make one ever. I just created a portfolio style blog that will have access to all my links and content that I have created for potential employers to check out!
Podcasts were also mentioned some too. Radio still exists but podcasts have for sure come to the forefront now than ever with car trips it is also easy to pick some podcast episodes to listen to while traveling to your destinations. A lot of the podcasts that I enjoy are the celebrity and reality tv related podcasts. Those were the ones that actually inspired my podcast, Maggie's Mess, which I'm now proud to say you can all listen to on Apple Podcasts along with Spotify . I think that having this platform is such a neat tool and that I am constantly learning new things about other people in this world. Podcasting allows you to connect with others that may or may not be similar to you, and I love that. Podcast platforms are also changing, you no longer have to wait to get your equipment to start your podcast. I was fortunate enough to find the Anchor app for my podcast and I'm able to record through the app without any equipment whatsoever!
