Everyone has taken pictures for many occasions. Some when we were once born to the last "See You Laters" before college. In reality, what do these photographs mean in life? These pictures are a way to remember the great times we have interacted with friends and family as a bond between each other.
Many of us have taken pictures either on a iPhone, Android, film camera, Polaroid, or on a expensive DSLR. Like Canon or Nikon, just to name a few. Most of our lives nowadays have a camera in hand which allows us to do these things fast and easy. Older generations lived on paper print outs that took time to develop as they were on film. Now, we see teens and young adults using Polaroids and their phones as a way to capture moments and express themselves online. Something that was not big years ago.
As a photographer who does this as a hobby, many individuals really like the work that I've done so far and I cannot wait to go forward but I wouldn't be glad to do this if it wasn't for the individuals who motivated me. Behind each band picture is a story of how they once started in the program and the way they felt towards it. Another example would have to be friendships and how each story is different for each pairing coming to realize that they both went from strangers to best friends. All the little things make up who we are because of them and every picture gives the visualization at how happy we once were.
What does this all mean? Each photograph tells a story. Either its happy, sad, or humorous, the stories we tell our younger selves will be something they will look forward to as they grow up. So in the meantime you are reading this, What is your story behind your own photograph?
I will be sharing with you guys some photographs that best represent my life!
In Picture (L to R): Stephanie T, Nicole Z, and Estefania P.
My two best friends who have been there through thick and thin. I met them in band through Nicole in Junior year and ever since then we kept in close touch as I am in college now. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done and I will always return to just see them.
In Picture (L to R): Aaron F, Kyle W, Griffin, Estefania P, and Margaret S.
Holiday season expressed through Polaroids.
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Pinning Ceremony:
After nine long months of going through the program in High School as a Senior, this has opened so many doors leading to the many paths I can choose from. I owe one to Mr. Reyes for teaching us on what a CNA does and what it takes to be one.
And this will never be the end of a friendship even if we graduated...
Thank you Simona for being the friendliest person on Earth. I with you the best of luck on your new adventure.
