Here in Happy Valley, we can all agree for the most part that Penn State is known for its popular food selections. One thing I've noticed that Penn State strongly supports is the incorporation of cheese in their foods. Here are the top 5 of my personal favorite cheesy foods around State College:

Pesto Chicken Mac n' Cheese: The Deli Restaurant

The other mac n' cheese options include bacon mac n' cheese and the original mac n' cheese.

Calzone: D.P. Dough

Here, there are over 40 different calzones to choose from (my personal favorite is the low calzone).

Pokey Sticks: Gumby's Pizza

This cheesy bread literally takes cheese to a whole new, delicious level.

Mac N' Cheese Bites: Are U Hungry

This was my first meal my freshman year at Penn State AND what I see as the root of my love for this college.

Original Pizza: Canyon

Ahhh the infamous $1 slice of pizza! With Canyon moving a block down the street from its original location, the night time fan base will follow this business wherever it goes.
