If any of you have watched "The Lizzie McGuire Movie", you know exactly who Paolo is. He is a manipulative character that shows all young girls to never trust guys. Ever since I've seen what Paolo did to Lizzie, I have major trust issues.
Paolo first found Lizzie right on the spot. The minute he saw her, she looked exactly like his previous singing partner, Isabella. He then knew he had to snatch her. He came up with his plan to trick Lizzie right on the spot.
Paolo then begins to do what every manipulative guy plans on doing. He wants to win her over. He begins to take her on cute adventures, but really he doesn't care about any of that. He just wants to get Lizzie to like him so she will sing with his goofy ass. Ladies, we need realize that we shouldn't fall for a guy just for this reason.

Then more lies begin to role in. Paolo claims Isabella is the one that left him because he wanted to make more music. He is literally saying he broke up with Isabella because she wasn't "good enough." Doesn't that say something about this liar?
Wow, what a big surprise. Paolo convinces Lizzie to lip sync at a concert. Lizzie clearly felt uncomfortable with this, but this lying-broke ass monster made her do it anyway. I guess Lizzie was looking through all the deception and only saw his "beautiful" appearance. Ladies, never fall for just a guys appearance.
At this point, we are clearly all finished with Paolo. But nope, there is more. He begins to convince Lizzie how much he "likes her" by complimenting her every chance he gets.
Now it's the day of the concert. Obviously, Lizzie agreed to do it, because of all the attention and love he gave her. Paolo just confidently struts on stage, but in his mind, he's thinking, "Hi, how are you guys tonight? I'm about to ruin a poor innocent girls life."
But don't fear. Revenge is here. Isabella comes on stage and reveals Paolo's horrendous voice, and how it hasn't been his this whole time. Paolo's true self being revealed is really what dreams are made of.
As you can see, Paolo has been the reason for my trust issues ever since I was a little kid. I'm glad Paolo was portrayed this way because everyone can see not all guys are perfect. There are other "Paolo's" in the world, we just have to recognize them before it's too late. Moral of the story is, if you meet a liar, don't be afraid to leave them.
