We all have a passion. For some it is running a marathon. Other people love playing video games or traveling. I love art and all of the forms it comes in.
Many people fail to understand that even people that are not in creative fields must come up with new ideas and insights in order to move on with tasks in life.
Everyone is creative in their own way.
That is what makes us unique.
Life would be bland without creativity.
Stressed out? Doodle a picture or listen to some music. Art doesn't have to be pen and paper. It is everywhere and in everything.
Photography. Capturing that perfect moment in time. A photo in itself is art.
But art cannot only take you to a world of endless possibilities, but It is a crucial coping mechanism for many people.
You can draw out how you feel. Put your emotions into colors, and into words.
It is important to give yourself time to appreciate creativity, and be creative.
Even if you are not artistic, you can be creative.
Channel you inner thoughts.
Pondering life is healthy.
Wondering and thinking deeply.
Is healthy.
Give your mind time to create. Exercise it. Find a place you love to go and just sit there and think.
Maybe you need to escape reality and be in your own little world.
Create it.
For me it’s the waterfront. The mountainous view and ripples in the water brings me pure joy.
Find your place, your favorite physical place to be and your favorite state of mind to be there.
I was raised around art as a child.
My mom had paintings all over the house and was an artist herself.
My childhood would not have been the same without it.
Being exposed to different mediums inspired me to create.
The fact that I could make anything I wanted into something beautiful for the world to see was absolutely fascinating.
Even if you don't use paints, pastels, or a pencil to create.
Art provides mediums that you cannot touch.
It is a gate way to confidence, and motivation in whatever you do in life.
It clears the mind.
Opens the soul.
We sometimes fear creativeness because it can be new and different.
It gives us a way to express ourselves.
The way we dress, and our style.
Without creativity we would all look the same.
Individuality is what makes us who we are.
We look past this daily.
We are constantly inspired by each others creativity.
Don't let anyone sway you into thinking how you express yourself is wrong.
There are no mistakes in art.
The more you can experience your own originality, the more confidence you acquire, and there is a greater probability that you will be creative in the future.
The idea is to develop the habit watching how you manifest your own creativity.
Eventually, you will come to place greater trust in it and instinctively turn to it when you are confronted with problems.
With age we grow taller, wiser, more independent.
With independence we grow as individuals.
I used to think it was simple.
That we just magically turn into adults.
We must use our surroundings and observations to shape who we want to be.
To create who we are.
