A Thank You Letter To The World's Best Boyfriend

Thank you for being the best boyfriend that I could ever ask for. I wouldn't/couldn't ask for anyone better to be my partner in crime, my best friend, and my boyfriend. I hope that I tell you enough because it's important to know that you're appreciated. But incase you need a reminder, I'm writing this article.

Thank you for accepting my anxiety and not getting annoyed with me when it's acting up. Thank you for understanding that it's hard for me to help. For walking me through it, making sure I'm okay, and never getting angry at me for it. I know sometimes I can be a lot to handle when it comes to my anxiety. Sometimes, I don't even know how to handle myself, but you never fail to try your best to help me and that means more to me than you could even understand.

Thank you for supporting me with everything I do. From writing, to school, you support me all the way and I appreciate it so much. I hope you know that I support you too. With everything. Even if I poke fun at you sometimes, like with your airsoft comps, I do it out of love, I support you.

Thank you for spending time with me and always trying to include me when you can. And thank you for always communicating with me when we're not together. For sending me cute little texts to remind me you're thinking of me and that you care.

Thank you for always complimenting me, always reminding me that you think I'm beautiful. Thank you for making me feel confident enough to not have to wear makeup everyday, and be okay with myself. Thank you for always complimenting new hair styles, clothes, and anything else you noticed that I tried different.

Thank you for making an effort with my family. You treat them with respect and care for them like their you're own family. Not only do I appreciate that, my family does too. And they love you just as well.

Thank you for cuddling me at night and making me feel safe and loved. Thank you for randomly saying "I love you" while you're half asleep and squeezing me tighter in the middle of the night. Thank you for always making sure you're not a cover stealer either.

Thank you for treating me like your princess. You have no idea how much I appreciate you and the little things you do, like surprise me with Dunkin, or bring me a Wawa hot chocolate. Thank you for rubbing my back when it's that time of the month. And for understanding that I will be needy and moody. Thank you for calling me out when I'm wrong, and putting me in my place at times when I'm out of it.

Thank you for everything. I love you to the moon and back.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
