Let me just start off by saying "thank you."
Thank you for the endless laughs from our many inside jokes, and for making fun of each other in a loving but funny way.
Thank you for the late Friday and Saturday nights eating pizza, ordering from random places just because they deliver, and wandering around campus looking for places to get into.
Thank you for singing at the top of your lungs with me, trying to reenact videos we found on Facebook and Twitter.
Thank you for listening to me complain about my classes and amount of work, even though you guys had just as much, if not more.
Thank you for doing makeup, hair, swapping clothes and shoes, jewelry, and trusting that we would give it back (eventually).
Thank you for being there for me when I was "deathly" ill (even though it was just allergies or a bad hot dog from the dining hall, or even too much fun on a Friday night).
Thank you for helping me feel better when I was so homesick, even though I knew I would be going home every few weeks at a time.
Thank you for taking me into your homes, introducing me to your beautiful, loving families, and letting me be a part of them for a weekend.
Thank you for all of the Facebook and Twitter tags, especially when you knew it would be something I would like (corgis) or something that related to an inside joke.
Thank you for getting 4 plates of food with me in the dining hall and not being worried about what we look like.
Thank you for going out in public with me when I wear gray on gray outfits because I'm just too lazy to do laundry that day.
And finally, just thank you. Thank you for teaching me that true friends do exist, sometimes it just takes longer than the first few months of school to find them. Thank you for being more than true friends, thank you for acting more like the sisters I always wanted but never had. Thank you.
