For the women with high standards, life for you will not be easy. You'll cry more, hurt more, and exhibit strength far greater than most you'll come across in your lifetime. You will face disappointments, miss out on some stereotypical experiences, and even lose some friends.
But despite these hardships, I urge you to never change yourself.
You are a gem in the ashes of society. Women like you are merely speckled across the population. You already hold yourself to a level of grace, goodness, and womanhood that most will spend there life hoping to attain. Though your life may get unnecessarily hard at times, know that you are a role model for the millions of little girls that are yet to grow up, and you are an example for the women who have strayed yet are determined to refinding the right path.
Whether you find your strength within your self, your friends, your family, or your God-- let that be your forever motivator. You are not meant to be like everyone else, you are special because you are capable. Capable of strength when others have cowered. Capable of hope when you feel most alone. Capable of love when you forgive those who have hurt you.
Though your journey may seem like one broken road after the next, you will conquer even that. Remember that sometimes, we win-- sometimes we learn. Each upset, hardship, and heartbreak can lead us to learn something more about our world-- and more about ourselves. Furthermore, you should find peace in knowing that often you are an example for others; a lesson they still need to learn.
Not everyone will deserve, not everyone will treat you the way that they should, not everyone will be kind, understanding or patient. But you must not let that effect your core. At the end of the day, it is essential that as life goes on you continue to become BETTER, instead of BITTER.
I believe in you, and I understand you, so keep moving forward with your head and standards high. The world needs you.
